The first and most impotant thing is to confirm if you do have a cyst at all. Insist on a ultra sonography for confirmation.
Obtain information on the size and type of cysts. If its a functional cysts it will shrink naturally after 2/3 menustrual cycles.
Start wearing loosing clothing. Avoid jeans and tight tops and wear absolutely loose clothing.Avoid junk food totally. Take a large towel and put it in hot water and place the towel on the pelvic area where you are experiencing pain . blood circulation will improve helping in reduction in pain. Have regulat ultra pelvic check to see upon if the size of the cyst is increasing. I once again insist on ultra sound check up to confirm the existance of cyst and also for regular examination to determine the size of the cyst.
